Payment Methods

VegeCyber accepts payment by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Money Orders, as well as personal checks for all orders (the order will be shipped after the check is deposited). Customers can also order on-line and fax their credit card information to us afterward. Buyer must agree to ship without dry ice when submit order.

Availability

In the event that certain item(s) is/are out of stock, VegeCyber will ship and only charge for what is available for filling the order if the order total exceeds $20 or notify the customer if the order amount falls below $20.

Gift certificates

All gift certificates are non-refundable, but the name of the receiver can be changed. The Change is in effect only after the receipt of VegeCyber's confirmation email.

VegeCyber will send a Notification email to the buyer and receiver after one month if the gift certificate has not been used. VegeCyber will also send a Notification email to the buyer after the receiver uses the gift certificate.

Refunds Policy

VegeCyber does not offer refunds; we do accept exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Returns Policy

Customer should get a Return Authorization Number from VegeCyber before sending any product back. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

For frozen food products, VegeCyber does not accept returns or exchanges, unless caused by VegeCyber's mishandling of customer's order. Customer must call within 3 days of receipt of our products if return is desired. No return will be authorized after 3 days.

For Vegefood products, VegeCyber accepts returns and exchanges. 15% restocking fee will be charged for items returned. No refunds on shipping and handling charges.

If customer receives any spoiled or damaged product, customer should notify VegeCyber, (for frozen products, customers must contact VegeCyber within 3 days or the case will not be processed). If spoilage was confirmed, VegeCyber will promptly exchange the item.

Shipping charges on returned items

If a customer requests to change the shipping address after a package is shipped, UPS will charge an extra fee of $11.00 which will be applied towards to the customer's account.

Customer who wishes to return or exchange products is responsible for paying for the shipping cost to return products to VegeCyber.

Non-Profit Organizations

VegeCyber has the complete discretion to admit or dismiss any group to the mutual support program. The 10% donation to each group is based only on actual sales, refunds and cancellations are excluded.

Monthly reports for a group will only begin at the end of the month after the first actual sale is generated under its code. If no sale is generated within a three month period, the reports will be discontinued for that code. VegeCyber will issue a check only if the amount exceeds $20. If the 10% monthly total sales falls below $20, VegeCyber will add it to the total for the next month and will send a check only if the accumulated total exceeds $20.
