The following are recipes we invented to make quick, delicious and nutritious meals using ingredients from our product line with fresh vegetables from your local markets. By the way, we won't tell you how much to cook and how much seasoning to use. After a while you will find out exactly what the perfect amount is for you. The trick is not to use too much seasoning while cooking since you can always add more later.

VegeCyber Party Favorites

With VegeCyber's help, you can throw a vegetarian party in minutes, as simple as ABC, here's how:

 


A.


With many of our frozen gourmet, such as vege Ham, Mini hot dogs, BBQ ribs, etc.,you can just defrost and cut them in small cubes and string them up with party toothpicks, with a piece of red or yellow pepper, or cherry tomato in between. There canbe dozens of combinations. Great when served with small pieces of toast, minibagels, crackers or chips.


B.


With other products such as vege Chicken Nuggets, little Drum Sticks, ShrimpSteaks, vege Rolls, Crab Balls, etc, a little baking or mircowaving is necessarybefore served (since these food taste better when hot).


C.


Our Crunchy Golden Beans, vege Meat Strips, vege Rolled Squid, Roasted GreenPeas, Corn Chips, rice fruit cakes, dried Mango sliece, etc. are all so tasty andeasy... no preparation necessary...


VegeCyber Sushi

Ingredients: Super Premium Rice, Roasted Seaweed, Sushi Mat, Milder Soy Sauce, Wasabi, cucumber, avocado or other fresh vegetable that you like, Sushi Ginger, Wei-I Best Grade Vegetarian Lavor Ro Su (vege bacon bits) and any of the Vege Frozen Gourmet on this sit (vege salmon and vege ham are two favorites).

Cook sushi rice (there is no special instruction in cooking sushi rice except that a teaspoonful or so vinegar should be added to water during cooking).


2.


Cut cucumber and frozen gourmet in long strings or small pieces for later use.


3.


Put roasted seaweed sheet on sushi mat and spread a thin layer of rice on top.


4.


Put cucumber, frozen gourmet and bacon bits at the edge of the rice and roll the sushi mat to one side to make a roll (you will need to practice this step a little to be able to make perfect rolls).


5.


Cut the rolls in one inch pieces and serve with milder soy sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger.


VegeCyber Stir Fry

Ingredients: Fresh vegetables of season, any cooking oil and Sesame Oil, Iodized SeaSalt, Mushroom Oyster Sauce (or XO Sauce, Hot Chili, Black Pepper Sauce if you likespices), Milder Soy Sauce or Liquid Amino and any one of our frozen gourmet (somegourmet are already cut into small pieces, others you have to cut up before cooking).

Wash and cut up vegetables into small pieces so that you can stir them in a wok or pan.


2.


Heat wok with cooking oil and a little sea salt, add vegetables and stir fry over medium heat.


3.


Add a little bit of sesame oil, mushroom oyster sauce and milder soy sauce and continue to stir.


4.


If frozen gourmet has not been thawed, add to vegetables after one minute. If already defrosted, add after two minutes.


5.


Total stir frying time is about three minutes, depending on how much is in the wok and what kind of vegetables you use (the trick is to pick a piece from wok and taste to see if vegetable is tender). Ready to serve with rice, pasta or noodles. 


VegeCyber BBQ (or grill)

Ingredients: Fresh mushrooms, pepper, onions etc. , Black Pepper Sauce, Curry Powder (mix with a little water), Milder Soy Sauce, etc. plus any of our frozen gourmet (our shrimp, crab and chicken balls are especially handy. Vege ham, chicken or other favorites may have to be cut into small cubes).

Wash and cut up vegetables.


2.


Use bamboo sticks to string up vegetables and frozen gourmet.


3.


Brush on a little bit of curry, black pepper or soy sauce before or during grilling.


4.


On BBQ or counter grill, grill till vegetables become tender enough to eat and ready to serve with rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa or noodles.


VegeCyber Instant Noodles

Ingredients: Any one of our instant noodles, fresh vegetables (if you don't have fresh veggies handy, then our Just Corn and Just Veggies are just as good), Roasted Seaweed (optional), Wei-I Best Grade Laver Ro Su (bacon bits) (optional) and any of our frozen gourmet.

 


1.


Place in a large bowl the instant noodles with seasonings, washed veggies or our freeze dried veggies, and our frozen gourmet. Fill bowl with water filled to a level that covers all ingredients.


2.


Microwave for four to five minutes on high or till veggies are tender (or cook on stove for three minutes).


3.


Remove from microwave and add pieces of roasted seaweed and bacon bits. Ready to serve.


VegeCyber Quick Soup

Ingredients: Instant Seaweed Soup, Mushroom Seasonings, Sesame Oil, Soft or Firm Tofu and fresh vegetables or Just Veggies/Just Corns, and any of our frozen gourmet.

 


1.


Make soup base with mushroom seasonings or the instant seaweed soup (which is perfect all by itself). Add tofu, fresh vegetables or our freeze dried veggies, brings to boil for two minutes then add our frozen gourmet and cook one additional minute. It is ready to serve.


VegeCyber Pasta

Ingredients: 4 Colors Bowtie or Trumpet Pasta, Buckwheat Noodles or Bean Threads, oil and Iodized Sea Salt, Lemon Grass, Turmeric and Curry Powder (use the former two only if you like spicy food), Sesame Oil, Milder Soy Sauce and any of our frozen gourmet.

Cook pasta in hot water with a little oil and sea salt.


2.


Microwave or pan fry the frozen gourmet.


3.


Add curry, lemon grass and turmeric powder as well as soy sauce and sesame oil to pasta and stir. Then put frozen gourmet on top and it is ready to serve.


VegeCyber Sea Vegetable and Mushroom salad

Ingredients: Dried Premium Kombo Seaweed and Shiitake Mushrooms, oil and Iodized Sea Salt, Milder Soy Sauce, Mushroom Oyster Sauce, XO Sauce, Curry powder, Sesame Oil.

 


1.


Soak seaweed and mushrooms till soft, then cut into one inch pieces.


2.


In wok or pan, heat oil at medium heat with a little sea salt, then add kombo seaweed, stir fry for a minute on medium heat, then add mushrooms, stir fry another minute (if mushrooms start to stick to pan, add a little water). Add soy sauce, mushroom oyster sauce, XO sauce, curry powder and sesame oil to stir fry one more minute. Then it is ready to serve hot over rice or pasta, or put in the refrigerator and serve later as a cold appetizer or salad.
