Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping charge calculator is networked with UPS; shipping price is automatically calculated by weight, directly from UPS, based on products selected.

For your review, shipping and delivery fees are clearly displayed to you before you enter your payment information.

We offer the following delivery services by UPS

Next Day Air Saver (Next-business-day delivery, by 3:00 pm or 4:30 pm).
2nd Day Air (Delivery within two business days).
3 Day Select (Delivery within three business days).
Ground Service (2- 6 days depending on distance from New York City).
Canada Standard (Same as ground service).
International Express (XPR).
International Expedited (XPD).

For frozen products we only accept Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select service

Because UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday to avoid delay in delivery of frozen products. At our discretion, we may ship a package on Wednesday. All orders received on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday. For frozen products we only accept Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select service.

Our frozen products can stay fresh within shipping time

The frozen products will not stay frozen when you receive your order, even if you choose Next Day Air (1DP), 2nd Day Air (2DA) or 3 Day Select (3DS). However, frozen products can stay fresh within shipping time.

We can't ship to a P.O. Box. UPS requires a signature when a package is delivered. If you order any frozen products, please make sure that someone will be there to receive the package. 

Note 1:

PS charges a Special fuel charge of 1.25% apply to transportation charges for all Air, Ground and International packages on or after August 7, 2000.

Note 2:

For residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and certain residential areas of US, the rates actually applied are sometimes slightly higher than the calculated rate.
